The Accompanying Partner Track
You moved for someone else's job. Now it is your turn to build a life of your own here.
When a family relocates, the organisation onboards the employee. However, the partner who came along is often the most vulnerable person in the whole move. You may have left a career built over years, a network, and a large part of how you knew yourself, and arrived into an empty week in a city where, at first, your entire social life runs through your partner's circle.
This is the hardest part of relocation nobody prepared you for. This programme is built exactly to support you in this challenge.

What is it
The Accompanying Partner Track is a series of coaching sessions in a small-group or individual setup, to rebuild your identity, purpose, and footing, on your own terms.
The workshop moves through one deliberate arc: steady the ground, reconnect with who you are now, find a direction, take the first steps, and build the resilience to sustain them.
Throughout, the tone is warm, level, and adult. You'll be met as the accomplished person you are, not as someone who needs cheering up.
Who it is for
Accompanying partners in Geneva who recognise some of this:
-
A career paused or left behind, and the loss of a role that carried much of your sense of self
-
A social life that runs through your partner's circle, without a group of your own yet
-
Days that have quietly narrowed, and a new dependency you didn't choose
-
Questions of standing and agency that are hard to say out loud
You don't need to be in crisis to belong here. You need to want your own footing back.
What you'll work through
-
Who am I now? Map the many "legs" your sense of self stands on, and see which ones the move put to sleep. The work is re-enabling them, in a new form.
-
Where am I going? Draft a vision as a direction, not a destination, enabling you to take the true next steps.
-
Career re-entry. Locate yourself on the levers that actually move a Geneva job search: your profile, your network, language, and the accompanying-partner permit questions specific to your situation
-
The partner conversation. Turn silent load into an explicit, shared conversation about contribution, money, and your re-entry. So a difference in income never quietly becomes a difference in authority.
-
Staying resilient. Learn practical tools, and build a resilience plan before you need it.
